Reiki is a Japanese healing art that was developed in Japan by Mikao Usui early in the 20th century.
Lesley trained in this traditional manner, taught by a Usui reiki master here on the Island. Reiki is pronounced "ray-key" meaning "universal energy"
Reiki practitioners use their hands to identify energy blockages within the body, you will lie on a fully supportive massage table & be fully clothed while having your treatment.
Releasing blockages can ease stress, tension and anxiety, encouraging relaxation of both mind and body.

The treatment time will be 50 minutes including a consultation for full body @ £45
The treatment time for reiki infused Indian head massage will be 30 minutes, including a consultation @ £25.
Reiki can be used in support of medical treatment, consult your general practitioner before starting holistic therapies if you have any concerns as reiki does not replace conventional medicine.
